The project team has also completed value engineering enhancements to our house plans, increasing unit sizes to over 2,000 square feet per unit while maintaining our focus on cost-effective, high-quality construction that maximizes investment returns.

LOOKING FORWARD
The project team maintains strong momentum as we execute the horizontal improvements phase. With full city approval secured and our experienced contractor partners actively on-site, we are well-positioned to meet our November completion target for site preparation.
Our value engineering efforts have resulted in significantly larger units—now exceeding 2,000 square feet—which we believe will enhance both marketability and investment returns. We continue to work closely with our general contractor and builder partner to ensure seamless transition into the construction phase, with twin home construction scheduled to begin in January 2026.
We anticipate the first completed units will be available in late Spring or early Summer 2026. As always, we remain committed to efficient project execution and will continue providing regular updates on our progress.
