We are pleased to report that all horizontal underground infrastructure — including sewer, gas, and water — has been successfully completed. The project is now advancing through final site finishing work, with curb and gutter installation and asphalt paving on the near-term horizon. These milestones position us to begin vertical construction of the twin homes in May 2026.

Full city approval maintained

LOOKING FORWARD
With all underground infrastructure now in place, the project team is focused on completing the remaining horizontal site work. Curb and gutter installation is expected by early April, followed by asphalt paving by mid-April.
These final site improvements will clear the path for vertical construction of the twin homes, which we anticipate beginning in May 2026. We are targeting completion of the first units in Q4 2026.
